REFUND POLICY

In accordance with the provisions of Law No. 2004-575 of June 21, 2004, on confidence in the digital economy, the identity of the various parties involved in the creation and follow-up of the Company Yida website is specified to users.

Refund Policy

In accordance with current legal provisions, the Client has a period of fourteen (14) days from receipt of the Product to exercise the right of withdrawal, without having to justify reasons or pay penalties, for an exchange or refund, provided that the Products are returned in perfect condition, in their original packaging, with the security seal intact.

The Seller will not refund products with the security seal or packaging removed. Returns must be made in their original and complete condition (packaging, accessories, instructions...), allowing resale as new.

Returns are made at the Client’s own risk. If the package is lost, stolen or damaged during return, the Seller reserves the right to refuse the refund.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Client must notify the Seller within fourteen (14) days after receiving the order, via email at: seunghun.lee@companyyida.com

The Products must be returned, at the Client’s expense, to the following address:

If the deadline falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday, it is extended to the next working day.

If the above conditions are met, the Seller will refund the Client within fourteen (14) days from the date the withdrawal request is received.

The Company may withhold reimbursement until it has received the returned Products or proof of shipment. Return shipping costs remain at the Client’s expense.

Proof of exercising the right of withdrawal is the Client’s responsibility.
