Here are the answers to the most frequently asked questions about our products and services.
The MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity) is 6 pieces per item. The MOA (Minimum Order Amount) is 500 EUR per order. The MOA for first orders is negotiable. *A lower quantity may be accepted in case of insufficient stock.
After your order is submitted, your sales representative will contact you within 1 to 3 business days to confirm it. Once the proforma invoice is validated, we will begin packaging upon receipt of your payment.
International bank transfers can take 1-2 business days. As soon as your payment is credited, we can arrange a shipping date. You can expect to receive your order within 7 business days.
Shipping costs depend on the destination country and the freight forwarder you choose. Please contact your sales representative directly for more information.
In case of receipt of defective goods, please take photos or videos of the items and contact your sales representative immediately. We will review your report and assist you with the claim. *If damage or theft occurs during transit, you must notify your designated freight forwarder to file a claim, as we are not responsible for incidents occurring during shipping. *If you receive defective products, we will notify the suppliers/manufacturers and assist you in filling out a claim. *Important: Please do not dispose of the items until further notice from us.
